It’s snowing in the Aquarium (client feedback, that is!)

Some companies claim to take customer feedback seriously. At Marketfish we deck the walls with it. Here in our personal war room, known as “The Aquarium” we met to discuss the approximately 157 client comments on our beta list marketing platform.

A flurry of list marketing feedback
For those who don’t know, our goal at Marketfish was never just to launch a tool, but to speak to a major point of pain in our industry. We didn’t want to simply create new technology, we wanted to start a revolution. As you can see from this flurry of comments, we are not alone in feeling passionately about better list marketing. These clients took the time to painstakingly supply their feedback on our list marketing platform, rather than just shrugging their shoulders and saying “Eh, no comment.” No matter what the nature of the feedback, we are heartened by the avalanche of response that lets us know our list marketing tool continues to strike a chord with the marketing community.
Over the next few months, we’ve developed a plan to take this avalanche of feedback and use it to sculpt r3, the next version of our beta. Needless to say, we’ve got our work cut out for us, but we’re excited by the overflow of response and invigorated to tackle these posted comments, piece by piece. Our neighbors probably think we’re a little crazy, but hey, you can’t please everyone.

I love the enthusiasm over client feedback. I hope as your organization grows, this energy is not lost. Too often bulky organizations lose the means to track or implement action based on client responses. Bravo!
