After a transaction is completed, your credit card information will not be stored on our servers, only on those of our payment gateway service provider. We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.

We have reasonable physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect personal information about you.

Do we use tracking technologies?

Yes. One of the technologies we use are "Cookies". When you visit the site or use our service we use session session cookies. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. Cookies are only used to maintain information used during your current session as you move from page to page. Session cookies also help us confirm your identity and are required in order to use the service. Marketfish uses persistent cookies to identify you as a Marketfish customer and make it easier for you to log in to the service. Users who disable their web browsers' ability to accept cookies will be able to browse our site, but will not be able to access or take advantage of the service.

Log Files

As is true of most Web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.

We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users' movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information.

Clear Gifs

Our third party tracking utility company employs a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user's computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We do not tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers' personally identifiable information.

We use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. If you would like to opt-out of these emails, please follow the unsubscribe instructions included in each marketing email.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties the personally identifiable information covered by this Privacy Policy except as described in this Privacy Policy (see "Business Transitions" below). This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our Web site, conducting our business or servicing our clients, so long as those parties such as a credit card processor, agree to keep this information confidential and not market to you independently. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect the rights, property or safety of us, our personnel, our clients or others. However, we may provide non-personally identifiable visitor information to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
